Oluwo dethrones chief


Oluwo of Iwoland, HRM Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale Akanbi, Telu I, has publicized the removal of all traditional titles in procession of Mr. Abiola Ogundokun, an indigene of Iwo and a former NPN national publicity secretary.

His droping off of the list of chiefs title was announced today in his palace  at Iwo while addressing his traditional chiefs.

According to Oluwo, the dethronmnt was not unconnected with the unruly
disposition of Ogundokun portraying Iwo negatively. adding, the embattled Ogundokun actions and utterances as treasonable, saying he is found of anti-Iwo plans.

In9ja, learnt Ogundokun nearly stepped on Oluwo at a function yesterday where the monarch was seating.  After which He went  to a radio station, Rave FM, Osogbo and condemned Iwoland and her sons.

In the monarch view, he maintained that his removal is for the good of the town and osun at large
